1. The service

NimbusTrip, by Abreu Data Systems (Nicolas Iann Pereira de Abreu, Portuguese tax number 300502346, Lisbon, Portugal; contact contacto@nimbustrip.com), is a free travel comparison service. We search and show offers from airlines, travel agencies, hotel and car hire websites, and send you to their website to book.

2. We do not sell tickets

We are not a travel agency or an airline. The booking contract is made directly between you and the seller you choose, under their conditions (final price, baggage, changes, refunds and customer support).

3. Prices and availability

Prices come from partners and recent searches and may change at any time. They are indicative: the valid price is the one shown on the seller's website at the time of booking. Always check the final price, fees and included baggage before paying.

4. Commissions

Some links are from partners and we may earn a commission when you book through them. This does not change the price you pay and does not change the order of results, which follows the criterion you choose (cheapest, fastest or best).

5. Fair use

You may not use the site in an automated way to collect data in bulk, or try to disrupt how it works.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep the information accurate, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of data provided by third parties and are not responsible for problems with the booking, the trip or the seller's service.

7. Contact and disputes

Contact: contacto@nimbustrip.com. These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Consumer disputes may be referred to an alternative dispute resolution body (list at consumidor.gov.pt) or to the competent courts.
