Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026 · Versão em português

1. Who we are

NimbusTrip is a service of Abreu Data Systems, a trading name of Nicolas Iann Pereira de Abreu (Portuguese tax number 300502346, Lisbon, Portugal), the data controller. Privacy contact: privacidade@nimbustrip.com.

2. What data we collect

We do not require sign-up, we do not sell data and we do not process payments: bookings are made on each airline's or agency's website, which has its own privacy policy.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

4. Who we share it with

When you click a link to book, you are sent to the partner's website (for example Aviasales, airlines, travel agencies, hotel or car hire sites). Some links include a partner code that allows us to earn a commission; the price for you is the same. The site runs on Abreu Data Systems' own servers, with Cloudflare's network and protection, and alert emails are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue, France).

5. Cookies and local storage

Advertising: some pages show Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads; in the European Union they only do so with your consent, requested in the privacy message shown when you enter the site, and you can change your choice at any time. More at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Country: to pick the language, currency and departure city, the site keeps a technical cookie (vb-geo) for 24 hours with only the code of the country you connect from (e.g. GB). It does not identify you.

We store your recent searches, saved flights and your country, language and currency choice in your own browser (local storage), only for your convenience; you can delete them by clearing the site data in your browser. Partner websites you are sent to may use their own cookies.

6. How long we keep it

Alert emails: until you cancel the alert or after 12 months without use. Technical logs: 30 days.

7. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to the processing of your data by writing to privacidade@nimbustrip.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Portugal the CNPD, cnpd.pt; in Brazil the ANPD, gov.br/anpd).

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with the update date.
